WELCOME
You have arrived in Lev's Notes. Hi, I'm Levonne, or Lev, as most call me online. I've tried to make this blog a mixture of things I can share, anything and everything that has to do with me. Whether it be expressed thoughts on something that is a part of me, or something that I love very deeply. You will see a variety here. Levonne:More About Me, is exactly what it say. Here you can read about my childhood, my faith, things that make up who I am, and where I came from. Bits and Pieces: Are special pages that are close to my heart. Things that mean alot to me, and are a very important part of my life. I live in the United States, in the midwestern state, Missouri. I have shared some wonderful links with you and tried to show you all that is a part of the beautiful "Show Me" state, that I live in. You will have access to my home pages, links to wonderful sites, from health, Christianity, to travel. I also share the links to web pages that I have designed, and also to the many wonderful groups of which I'm owner. Educational links to higher education here in Columbia, MO, where I live, and lastly, links to several ribbon campaigns that are close to my heart. I do hope that you enjoy the time you spend here, and I encourage you to return often, and visit those sites and links that you've not yet had a chance to. I trust that I have included wonderful links, beautiful music, stunning photos, and much more, that I know you will enjoy. And don't forget...my daily ramblings...all that is going on in my life from day to day. Hope that all this makes you know a little more about what makes Lev tick. Have a GREAT day! God Bless. Lev

Goodmornin' all :-)

Goodmornin' guys...
Once again, I feel like I've been neglecting everyone. It seems the last couple of post I have added have just been short ones, with not a whole lot of info. in them. Just quick Hi's and Bye's.

So, what all has been going on since I wrote last? We had a wonderful time at the wedding Saturday evening. It was a great wedding, as all weddings are. It was short, and simple, but beautiful. We had a great reception, with tons of good food. Most of us, especially Lee, ate way too much. It was really great to be able to catch up with family, some of which we hadn't seen in awhile, and also old friends. Cindy, and Laura (lee's mom, and cousin) arrived at the lake from Indianapolis around 3, Saturday afternoon. By the time Lee got off work, we arrived just about 20 mins. before the wedding was due to start. It was great being able to see both of them again, since it had been awhile since we'd seen either one of them. Kirk, thought he was going to have to work on Sat. evening, but turns out he didn't, so he and Tara-Lee decided to follow us down to the lake and attend the wedding also. It had been quite awhile since Kirk had been to the church to see friends there, and quite awhile since he'd seen his cousin, Shawn, the one that got married. Needless to say, Eva was a BIG hit!!!! There were several there that hadn't seen her, or even a picture. And...of course, it was the first time that Cindy or Laura had seen her, other than in pictures. Laura, was tickled to death, and thought she was a doll...as did Cindy.

We dropped by Landon's house on the way home, and stayed for just about a half hour or so. It was late by the time we arrived home, and we were both tired from the drive, so we didn't hang around for long. Sunday morning, Landon, Amanda, Kenny and Gabriel came over and visited with Cindy and Laura. They stopped by for a short visit before heading back for Indy. After they left, we packed everyone up, and headed for Landon's to do some swimming, and also had supper. We took the tent with us that I found at the garage sale, I told you about, and set it up in the yard for the boys to play in. They thought it was great. Moriah asked them if they wanted her to spend the night, and they'd sleep out in the tent. The boys were very excited and said that's what they wanted to do. Well....about 11:30 or so...Gabriel decides he's tired, and wants to go to bed....lol. He just didn't understand the concept of sleeping in the tent. Next thing you know...here they all come, and decided to sleep in their beds. So much for camping out in the yard...hehehehehe. Moriah decided to go ahead and come home with us, since they weren't going to sleep in the tent.

Kirk called this morning, and he and Tara-Lee and Eva have come over to do some laundry. Eva just got done eating her lunch, and is now sleeping like an angel. Moriah just crawled out of bed not long ago. I don't think we have anything special planned for the rest of the day. I think Landon is working today, but not sure at what time.

I had started a photo album to share online with everyone a couple of weeks ago...but never did end up getting it finished, so this morning, I decided I needed to do that, as realitives were having a fit that they hadn't gotten enough photos of Eva...lol. You all should have gotten the invitation to view my photos by now, so I hope that you'll go have a look. And don't forget to go back and visit often, to see what new photos have been added. There's actually one in there of Eva and I, that was taken at Landon's, and it's not half bad...hehehehe. Most of the time, I end up taking horrible pictures. I'm not that photogenic! lol

Sometime in the next few weeks, we need to try and make a trip to Indianapolis. Before we can take off on a 6 hr. trip through two states, though, we're gonna have to get our cars or at least one of them running right. The buick is completely dead and won't run at all....and my dodge isn't running right, and has one poor tire that the steel belts are showing through on. So hopefully, we can one of them up and going without too much cost. Lee's mom has gotten that motorcycle for Lee that I told you about, but she doesn't have anyway of getting it here, so we're going to have to go there so that Lee can ride it back. It has been so long since he's had a bike, and I know how excited he is to get this one, so we're going to have to try our best to get there as soon as possible. Plus, with only one car running right now, it would be very handy for us to have the extra transportation. That would sure help us until we can get the buick running again. With gas currently $2.19 a gal., it has become rather expensive, with only one car...taking lee to work, coming back home, me going to work, picking lee up. it probably wouldn't be so bad if my car was running right, but with that oxygen sensor messed up, and it running so horribly, it is suuuuuuuuuuucking up the gas. It cost us about $40 in gas to drive to the lake this weekend. Two full tanks...it should have taken about 1/2 a tank. Something has got to be done, cause gas is just waaaaaaay too high for that.

Well, guess I've blabbed here enough. lol But, thought I'd drop in and fill you all in on what's been going on the past couple of days. I'm off today, but head back for work tomorrow and wednesday. As usual, my weekend went waaaaaay too fast.

I hope you all have a great day, and hope it's beautiful, wherever you are.
Will talk to you all soon!

Much love,
Lev
