O.... MY GOODNESS....where did the morning go?! I just looked at the clock and it's almost noon....and I have accomplished a "whole lot of nothin' !" Well...the fact that I didn't even get out of bed till 10:30, probably doesn't help, does it? With everything I've got to do...I should have been up loooooooong before then.
Well, I do feel like I've gotten something done...hehehehe....my eggs are on boiling, for the deviled eggs I'm fixin' for supper tonight...so at least I can say I've done SOMETHING! lol It "looks" like I've got a whooooooole lot to do...if you look at this house..hehehehe. But, maybe when I get started on it, it won't take as long as I think it will. Guess that means I'm gonna really have to kick some butt into gear. Not sure if this 52 yr old body can do that anymore...hehehehe! Anyone got a fire they can put under my butt? Maybe that would help! hahahaha.
I've answered a few post in my group this morning, and then seeing what time it was, decided I'd better get busy! But...you know me, "I'm gonna sit and write a bit for my blog".... then I'll get busy. So, that's what I'm doin' and here I am, chattin' a bit with you all before I start on all this "STUFF"!
We're suppose to have a beautiful day today...they say a chance for showers this evening...but not much...so I'm not too worried. I just pray that this will be a great evening for our family to share together, helping to celebrate the birthdays. I know that Landon is REALLY bumbed out, that Granny isn't here this year. He always loved getting together with her and the rest of the family, when we'd all celebrate together. Her birthday was the 29th. She turned 97 last year...which I know I've told you before... so it was just about a yr ago this time, that we all saw her for the last time. But, OOOOOOOO....what a birthday celebration she is having this year, with her God!!!! Talk about a party!
Well, guys...I'm gonna head out of here for a bit....light that fire under my butt...and see how fast I can get stuff done. I'm sure I'll be back here....my puter is always on, so I'll be checkin' in and out. Hope that you all have a wonderful day...and I'll talk to all of you...very soon!
