Hello, Thursday!
Good Morning, everybody! Hope you're all doing great today!
Here it is Thursday, and another day off for me. It back to work tomorrow, and now, unlike before, Saturday morning, also. I was suppose to have Saturday off, but got informed yesterday, that I was needed Saturday morning, 8-12. For over a month now, I've been keeping track of my Saturday's off, because I was trying to make sure I was going to have the 24th off, or if I was going to have to request it off. I have been asked to participate in something on the 24th, and I had obligated myself. We were going to need to leave by 11:00 am, or so, in order to get to where we are going on time. Now, I've been told I have to work from 8-12. I suppose that is definately better than them needing me in the afternoon, that would have messed everything up, and I would have definately had to try and switch with someone to a morning shift. At least this way, depending on how much comes in on Fri, which I work Friday afternoon, so I'll know how much stuff we're going to have to do, It is not unlikely at all, that I may be able to leave around 11:00 if everything is done. So, I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed, and will let them know 1st thing tomorrow, or Saturday, that if at ALL possible, I need to leave at 11:00, due to a prior engagement, make over a month ago. I really don't think they'll be much problem with it.
I'm headed out to Landon's in a bit, to take him around and check up on some of the job applications he's put in. Amanda has a call to make this morning too, and there's a possibility that she may need to go for an interview also. So.,..let's hope a job comes though soon....for either one of them...preferrably both!
We'll probably do supper out there tonight. I'm not sure what we'll have, but we'll probably discuss that when I get out there. I'm sure we'll come up with something.
Moriah has an early release from school today, as she did yesterday also. Some of the schools in Columbia don't have AC, and it's been rather hot the past couple of days, and is suppose to continue that way through the weekend. So today, and tomorrow, also, they're dismissing all Columbia schools at noon. I'll probably be out at Landon's when she gets home.
Guess you all got my email yesterday and the picutres that were sent me from Kirk, is Australia. Hope you enjoyed them. I always look forward to the pictures they send, of course I want to see those of Kirk, and Eva, and Tara-Lee, but I'm also excited, because I wonder what strange new thing, or awesome sight, he has seen. That would just have to be waaaaaaay to cool!
Well, guess I need to get outta here, and get my thoughts together on what all has to be done today...and get headed out to Landon's possibly. I'll be around tonight, probably after we get back from Landon's. I'm just not sure what we'll be doing this afternoon, but I suppose there's a possibility that I could be here for awhile then. But, I definately check back in tonight.
