Saturday O Saturday
I trust that everyone is having a great Saturday, and the beginning to a wonderful weekend. Mine started very early this morning, but it has been a great day.
It was really hard, stumbling my butt outta bed at 5:45...barely making the 2-3 steps to the bathroom door...reached out my left hand, and grabbed my clothes I'd laid out the night before...opened the bathroom door with my right hand...and barely got myself dressed, while sitting on the pot...socks, shirt...etc...etc...etc! Still moving pretty slow, I headed for the kitchen to make COFFEE!!!!! But, instead of doing that first, I stepped in dog pee!
This was definatey not a way to start out my ALREADY waaaaaay too early day! lol Needless to say, the dog went out the door first, and I had to play maid, when it was all I could do to see the floor...I sure didn't see the pee in the dark...but, I sure felt it. Once I got that done, and my coffee going, I set down...wiggled my mouse...clicked my yahoo, and let it go, while I put my shoes on. By this time, I could really smell the coffee, and it smelled goooooood! So...I snuck a cup...before the pot was finished. By now...naturally, my dog has taken off, which he will take every opportunity to do so...if you're not "literally" watching him...and he'll look back to see if your watchin'. And of course...today he didn't see me..cause I was cleaning up pee! So...I was just hoping that he'd come back before Lee and I left, cause I wasn't sure when Moriah was coming back today. She stayed at Amanda's last night. And..someone will call animal control, sure as the world..and we've already been through that once. Unfortunately, he is not one that can be let out, and will stay in our yard. It would sure be nice.
Work went well today...passed by rather quickly, since I spent most of my time in the back. Today, instead of dealing with customers, and tagging clothes, I was hanging them up, bagging them, and filing them. I really don't mind this end of it either. I don't do it very often, but it is nice every once in a while, for a change of pace...and not having to deal that much with customers. Occasionally, you'll have to stop what you're doing, and do that, but not very often. They usually have other up front...plus Rex. It was great...I walked out at noon..done with work for the day. I ran through Taco Bell...then just came home, with nothing really to do until I try and call Landon in a bit, and then Lee to find out if he is leaving at 5. he said that is what he was going to say to Rob...since he came in early. Then..we may be going to Landon's for supper...so I'm going to be calling him in a bit, and we'll put our heads together.
It has been a beautiful day today..the sun is shining, and it's currently 51...not bad for Jan. 7, huh? Tomorrow is suppose to be about the same. It is going to be great having tomorrow off...and not having to get up, but Lee is going to have to take advantage of the good weather, and take a look at our cars. We've got a small leak somewhere in our anti freeze..not sure where, so he's got to try and find that, and then he still needs to get the buick taken apart, the rest of the way, and get that fixed. The neighbor next door , her son said he would help, but, but he doesn't really know that we're planning on doing it tomorrow...of course, I think Lee has his #, if not, they'd give it to us. Landon may be coming over when he gets off too, to help, if Lee thinks he needs him. I guess we'll just see how it goes. It would be nice to think that Lee could get started on it, and the neighbor to help, and maybe they would need landon later. By the time he got off work, and we get back here..it would be about 4, and that's if he gets off at 3.
Well, I just put this email on hold for almost 30 mins. Moriah called from Amanda's, and we needed to coordinate some times, then I needed to try and get ahold of Landon, and see what was on the agenda for supper. Then, call Lee, to see what time he would be getting off work. Now that I've got all that done, I'll be picking Lee up around 6...and then we'll be headed for landon's. amanda is going to spend the night with Moriah, but she has some laundry to finish. If they get done by the time I have to leave and go get lee, they'll come with us, if not, they're gonna finish the laundry, and just come back home to watch movies. We'll know closer to 6, how the laurndry situation is going.
Before I started this email, or got engrossed in something else on the puter, I made myself go put up the 2 baskets of laundry that have been sitting in my bedroom for over a week...at least. Since I went to all the trouble of cleaning my room, and moving in the bar...figured I might as well get the clean clothes put away so that the other half of the room looks okay too. lol Housekeeping has NEVER been my forte'...but every once in a while, I'll get a wild hair, and go on a cleanin' spree! Lee probably wishes I'd do it more often. lol
Well, I got another "wild hair" last night, and decided I was tired of my blog's home page. So...late last I worked on "revamping" it a little...moving a few things...adding some new pictures. I gather so many neat pictures, and never really know where to share them. So, figured this would be as good a place as any. I will always keep my template, because, if I'm not correct, I think I'll loose everything I've put in to this one. So...I'm sure not going to risk that. I've put way too much hard work into it. But, I can add things here and there...change pictures, and hopefully, make it something "new", each and everytime you visit. I hope you like the new hope page you'll see, when you visit Lev's Notes. It will be changing again, as soon as my new grandaughter arrives...probably within the next couple of weeks. So..keep an eye on the baby counter..and keep an eye out for the changes you'll see later. Hope you enjoy them all.
I guess I've talked enough. You've only heard about my entire day...hehehehe But gee...a person needs to talk to someone, it's good to be able to come home, and talk on this box, and just maybe...someone will hear your converstion.
