Hey on hump day
Goodmorning, guys. Just thought I'd drop in for a quick "HI".
Nothing new going on here. I got off work last night, came home, picked up Moriah, then headed into town to get Lee. From there we headed to Landon's where we had a great supper, and watched some movies.
We wondered if maybe Mary might make it before Jan. was up. Amanda was having contractions most of the evening...about 5 mins. apart, and lasting about 1 1/2 mins. They hadn't really died down by the time we left, but they hadn't gotten any worse, or closer together. The dr. told us that if they got to be 4 mins. apart...for a decent amount of time to come on in. Obviously, they didn't come to that, as we didn't get any call in the middle of the night. lol Tomorrow morning is the drs. appt...so once she is checked, we will have some idea of how much farther she has progressed. She was still dialated to 2 last wed., a week ago. Guess we'll see what the verdict is tomorrow.
I'm headed for work in about an hour. I'm sure glad this is hump day, and looking forward for tomorrow off...and hopefully a baby ...depending on what the dr. says. I work Friday, but have Sat. off, and Lee made arrangements to have Sat. off, as we KNOW we will be having a baby then, if not before.
Since I have to go to Ashland tomorrow to get Amanda, we're not making any plans for tonight, and will just come home after we get off work. I've got some fish in the freezer...we may do that for supper, it will be quick. I'm sure it will be a typical lazy evening around here. Since we'll be doing dr. tomorrow, and with Landon most of the morning and early afternoon, we'll probably make some supper plans...unless the dr. tells us that we gonna make baby plans instead.
I can't believe that Jan. is over already. It just seemed to fly by...it seems like just yesterday, that we were celebrating New Year's eve. I was thinking the other day, about being Moriah's age...getting ready to turn 16...and I remember trying to think about what the year 2000 would be like...lol Wow...it seemed so far away...and I'd figure the year I was born, from 2000, and think "man...I'll be 47...that's old"...hahahaha...and now look at me...past that mark, and headed for the 53. lol I just don't know where time goes. And, the older I get...the faster it goes!!!
Well, guess I'm not saying much...so will head out. Have a great day, Guys...and I'll ttyl!
Much love,
Lev
