Good Morning!

Good Morning Good Morning, everyone! Well, there really hasn't been much going on here the past couple of days, since I last wrote, but thought I'd drop in anyway, and say a big Hi!

Landon and Amanda and the boys, ended up coming over Monday night for trick or treating, and supper. I headed to Ashland as soon as I got off work, herded everyone into the car. The boys already had their costumes on, and had done trick or treating around their mobile home park, and already gotten quite a bit of goodies. We left from there and went directly to pick up Lee from work. Once we got back to the house, we re-grouped, and then Moriah and I, Kenny and Gabriel, got in the car to go drive around the neighborhood for more trick or treating. We made a few stops on our street, but spent most the time in a nearby neighborhood. While we were out trick or treating, Landon stayed at the house and started preparing supper. He fixed wonderful....HUGE, breakfast burritos, with biscuits and sausage gravy. Of course, we had a horrible time trying to keep Kenny and Gabriel out of the candy until after they had eaten supper. We had a fun evening. I am glad also, that after having rained all day, it finally stopped by the time we took the boys out. That is sure a far cry from what we had last year, pouring down rain, and two drenched boys by the time we got home. We took some pictures with my webcam, of the boys in their costumes, and as you see, I did try to send them to you, but evidently it isn't going to work. The only thing I can figure out, is that the pictures are saved as Bitmap, and there are lots of places that you just can't use those. We've looked, but can't seem to find any settings on the camera, that we can change, to make it save them as jpeg, instead. If anyone has any ideas on why it's they're not showing up in my email, or how to change the settings on my camera, please let me know.

I was going to let Lee take the car to work Tues. morning. I didn't have to work, and had absolutely no where to go, plus, we needed to conserve on gas a bit, and that would eliminate two trips into town. Unfortunately, plans got changed, when I woke up about 8:15, to Lee laying in bed next to me...eyes glazed, in the middle of a low blood sugar crash. So, out of bed I flew, came in and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, one of the fastest ways to raise the blood sugar level, and a glass of tea, with some added sugar. I got him to eat that with no problem. OJ is really the best thing, or just a glucose tablet, of which I had neither, so PB&J was what it was, along with a few pieces of candy. It wasn't long before he came out of it, and then naturally, was upset when realizing that he was late for work. I had tried about 8:30, to reach someone at the store, but didn't have luck. Lee tried again once he got up, and was at least able to leave a message on the answering machine, letting Rob know that he'd be late, and why. By the time he was ready to leave, he still wasn't feeling the whippiest, and said that he didn't feel he could drive safely. So, I ended up taking him into work instead of giving him the car.

Yesterday was a pretty lazy day. I spent most of the morning on the puter, after dropping Lee off at work, but did take out about an hour, around 11 or so, to pick up my living room, and clean the kitchen, load and run the dishwasher, .... I really needed to do some laundry, but didn't get around to that. At least I got it sorted, so that's a step in the right direction, I guess. I'll probably throw a load in before I leave for work. I left to pick up Lee a little before 7, we stopped and got gas, then home. I just heated up leftovers for supper....quick and easy, and that was about it, it was back to being lazy again. Watching TV, messin' on the puter.

We talked to Tara-Lee last night...Eva was gigglin' and talkin' to me over the phone. Boy, do I miss her
We miss them all sooooo much. Kirk called on Monday night, and got to talk to most everyone, I think. It was great getting to talk to him too. They spent Monday in Adelaide, getting all his paper work in order. Hopefully, it won't be long now before he'll be able to start working.

It's back to work today, then off tomorrow. I'm going to start a pot of chili before I leave for work today...it will be nice to have supper ready when I get home. I need to do stuff like this more often, so we wouldn't end up eating so late, as we do half the time. We have a new Chuck E Cheese in town, and we've been saying that when it opened, we needed to take the boys, so, we are thinking about possibly doing that tomorrow night, after Lee gets off work...if he works. He may have tomorrow off...not sure yet.

Well, guess I better get outta here, and get my chili started. Once I get it going, I'm sure I'll be back here before leaving for work.

Hope you all had a great evening, last night...hope you have a beatiful day.

Much love,
Lev
